Design Process:
All electrical designs are done in AutoCAD Electrical and anything structural is design in SolidWorks and transmitted electronically through a secured network directly to CNC equipment on the production floor, which guarantees the highest levels of accuracy, quality and speed.

The building base is one of the most critical and unique components to our structure and consists of the following key features to ensure the highest level of quality and functionality.
- Fabricated from rectangular tub steel, instead of traditional I-Beam construction
- Integrated power cable conduits designed in floor for medium voltage and high voltage interconnect
- Fully insulated: 19 “R” insulation rating, batt or spray foam
- Up to 10” cavities designed under floor cutouts for pull space & wire management
- Painted with marine grade PPG
- Removable lifting lug & mounting plate provisions for shipping/handling & permanent installation
- Designed for both concrete pad & pier installation
- Anti-condensate ingress floor plate design
- Floor plates are manufactured from 5ga cold rolled steel w/ gritted epoxy finish
Our interlocking wall system is designed with patented features & flexibility that provides the customer a product that is both safer & more functional than anything else on the market. Some key features of our wall system are:
- Self-Framing Interlocking wall design, gasketed, and caulked to guarantee no water ingress
- Exterior walls are manufactured from 16ga steel
- Interior walls are manufactured from 18ga steel
- Fully insulated: 13 “R” insulation rating, batt or spray foam
- Water-Shed ™ Anti-Condensation Wall System – Providing a pathway for in-wall condensation to exit the building
- Lift-Away ™ Removable Wall System – Provides free-span access behind equipment to easily service & install equipment in the field
- Up to a 165mph wind load rating without additional bracing
- Powder coated surface provides up to 2000hr salt spray corrosion-resistance rating
Our ceiling & roof system has been designed in the most thoughtful way to provide the customer with a full proof leak-free design, and the most structurally sound product on the market. Some key features that set us apart from our competition are:
- In-house custom double pitched roof trusses – designed and rated specifically to support thousands of pounds of cable tray & wire
- Interlocking ceiling panels to cosmetically match interior wall design
- Integral gutter & leaf catch
Our buildings don’t come with the industry standard finishes. Everything from the way we conceal interconnect wiring & fasteners, to the way we approach HVAC is designed to stand out and be different.
- NO SURFACE CONDUITS – All building & lighting power interconnect is done in interior wall wire raceways
- NO EXPOSED FASTENERS – All wall & ceiling panels are interlocking, creating the most aesthetically pleasing design
- FLUSH MOUNTED SWITCHES & RECEPS – All switches & receptacles are recessed in the walls to eliminate nuisance obstructions when heavy equipment is being moved in the building
- CUSTOM FLUSH MOUNT LED LIGHTING – Edge lit LED lighting is recessed in ceiling to provide an obstruction free area for cable tray runs

OEM Switchgear:
We are an OEM partner with several major manufacturers, which gives us the ability to offer our customers their brand preference with quicker lead times and more competitive pricing by receiving the equipment incomplete from the factory and finishing fabrication in our facility.
Custom Switchgear:
Our in-house switchgear is designed specifically for E-House installation. This gear is built from scratch by our partner in Salt Lake, which allows us to offer expedited lead times on custom switchgear, while staying very competitive.
We offer the following medium voltage equipment:
a. 2.3KV – 25KV Switchgear
- i. Enclosure NEMA Ratings: 1, 3R, 4, 4X
- ii. Enclosure types: Metal-Enclosed, Metal-Clad, Arc-Resistant
- iii. Buss Options: single buss, double buss, triple buss
- iv. Breaker types: Draw-out, fixed, gas insulated
- v. Contactor types: Draw-out, fixed
- vi. LI Switch types: fused, non-fused
- vii. Step-down control power transformers (as required)
