Bobby started young at E&I, working in the warehouse and making deliveries in high school. He began sales in 2003 and now has 15+ years of experience across electric motors, custom controls, and OEM product sales—known for creative, cross-field solutions that help customers reach their goals.

Piper worked summers at E&I while at OSU (marketing major, management minor). She joined full-time in sales and later took the lead on managing the books— a leadership role she’s passionate about today.

After graduating in 2005 with a BS in Business from Oklahoma City University, Aaron began working for E&I Sales in January of 2006. He later earned an MBA from The University of Tulsa in 2009 and focuses on vendor relationships, pricing agreements, and internal systems.

Jake graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2007 with a B.S. in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing, beginning his career in industrial sales. After eight years, he advanced to Director of Merchandising, where he managed supplier relationships and led pricing and profitability negotiations. He then spent several years partnering with other industrial companies, focusing on commercial growth and investment. Since 2021, Jake has been with E&I Sales, where he continues to lead and successfully drive the company’s commercial presence in the industry.

As Director of Engineering and Manufacturing at E&I Sales, I lead the design and integration of UL control systems and industrial automation solutions. As a licensed Professional Engineer, I drive precision, reliability, and process excellence across all stages of manufacturing and system deployment.
